GENERAL INFORMATION & Registration
GENERAL INFORMATION
- All wet hole sponsors to supply chairs and tables of not included in the package.
- All wet hole sponsors to supply their drinks, dry snacks, and Ice.
- All branding must be marked and delivered to Woodhill on the 22nd of May 2024 before 16:00
Woodhill will deliver the branding on the day to the allocated hole. The sponsor must ensure that setup is completed by no later than 09:00. - All branding is to be removed by the sponsor on event closure but not before all players have finished the field.
- Golf carts for assistants are not included and are very limited [7 Only]Bookings are essential and will be at an additional cost.
- All additional costs for the day will be for the account of the participants.
- Limited prize-giving attendance for other persons or staff, please book.
GOLFDAY FORMAT AND REGISTAION
- Four-Ball Alliance, 2 Scores to count with scramble drive on all Par 3’s
- 2 Mulligans allowed [Purchase at registration]
- Hole in one on Hole 2 [Purchase at registration. If there is more than one hole in one the winner will be determined using a lucky draw]
- All players with unofficial handicaps will play an 18 handicap.
- SHOTGUN START AT 10:00
- Registration closes at 09:30 Please arrive early to ensure there is no delay at the entrance of the Estate.
- All numbers will be provided to the club for an advance issuing of access codes.
- Players to be at their holes by 09:45
- The bar opens 10:00 with the last rounds at 11:00
